This Criminal Petition is frled under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS, 2023) seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.101 of 2O25 on the file of the Akkannapet Police Station, Siddipet District, against the petitioner-accused

The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused in Crime No.101 of 2025 registerecl for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 292, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Salhitha, 2023 and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (PoA) Act.

Heard Mr.M.Ram Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veerama-lla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

Ha'ring regard to the submissions, though Section I 18(1) of BNS is attributed against the petitioner, keeping open all prerogatives in the investigation, the petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO, Akkannapet Police Station, Siddipet District , within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of
