This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short^'BNSS, 2023') seeking quashment of the proceedings in FIR No.237 of 2025 on the file of P.S. Uppal, WPS (Rachakonda), against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4.

The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 4 in FIR No.237 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 85 of BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act

Heard Mr.K.Jagadishwar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and t\Ar.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that notice under Section 35(3) of BNSS has been served on petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 and they may be directed to cooperate with the investigation.
