Having regard to the submissions, subject to the petitioner appearance through his counsel on every adjournment and physical presence as and when directed by the Court, the in_person presence of the petitioner in the proceedings of the C.C.No.135 of 2021pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, parigi, Mkarabad District, is dispensed with. Additionaily it is specified that any lapse in abiding the above conditions would render this order ineffective.
