Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment, on instructions, would submit that CCLA has decided to constitute a Five Man Committee to revisit all the applications submitted by the citizens seeking regrlarization of property in terms of G.o.Ms.Nos.58 and 59 dated 30.12.2014. He has not constituted the said Committee so far. Therefore, several writ petitions and contempt petitions are pending on the'said issue. Citizens are filing several writ petitions seeking^{- --} direction to the District Collectors to consider the applications submitted blr them for regularization of their properties in terms of the

aforesaid G.os. Even then, ccLA is not taking any steps to constitute

the said Committee.

2- The said apprications submitted by the citizens including the petitioner herein in terms of G.o.Ms.Nos.5g and 59, dated 30.12.20t4 and the order under contempt to the present case is dated 19.06.2024. However, this Court granted two months time to the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District to consider the online application dated 10.04.2023 submitted by the petitioner in rerms of G.o.Ms.Nos.5g and 59, dated 30.12.2014. Even then, petitioner filed the present contempt case against the Tahsildar, Serilingampally Mandal. There is no direction to the Tahsirdar, Serilingampaily Mandal, to consider the said online application submitted by the petitioner.

3' There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since last three consecutive hearings.

In the light of the same, this contempt case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to fire fresh contempt case agarnst the District Collector, Ranga Reddy District.
