These contempt cases are filed alleging that the respondent has not complied rvith the Common Order dated 14.02.2025 passed in W.P.No.23035 of 2019, W.P.No.Z|0L7 of 2020, W.P.Nos.20629, 22829., 20494 of 2019, W.P.No.2461 of 2021, W.P.No 21017 of 2020, W.P.No.20588 of 2019, W.P.No.25244 of 2021, W.P.No.16987 of 2019, and W.P.Nos.3 892, 24037 of 2021, respectively.

When the matter is taken up, learned Senior Counsel-cumGovernment Pleader Mr. G. Vidyasagar, appearing for the respondent, vehemently opposed the contempt cases, contending that the contempt cases are not maintainable, as the petitioners have only filed Aadhar Card, Secondary School Certificates, and Transfer Certificate etc., and they have not filed the Experience Certificate, which is required for consideration.

Adverting to the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays that candidates without experience were also considered, and that the petitioners would file the relevant

Considering the respective submissions, the petitioners are pennitted to file relevant certificates, and in the event of filing of such certificates, the respondent-authority shall consider the same on humanitarian grounds, within two weeks from the date of filing the certificates.

Accordingly" the contempt cases are closed with the above direction. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
