JUDG MENT:

This appeal has been filed challenging the decree and judgment dated 22.07.2007 in O.S.No.2B of 2000 passed by the Senior Clvil Judge, Karimnagar.

Today, when the matter is taken up, Ms. K. Hema Bindhu, learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported no instructions.

Having regard to the submission of the learned counsel for the appellants and as the appellants failed to make any other arrangement to proceed further, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any,

shall stand closed.
