committee decision to earmark all the vacancies meant for disability categories to be filled up with candidates of Orthopedically Handicappedness (locomotor disability) approved vide erstwhile Government Memo No. 5027lDW 1A212003-1 (Women Child Welfare and Disabled Welfare(DW) Department), dated 26.08.2003, implementing which Memo No. GM(A/DS(PyAS(R)/ParVAl49812001, dated 05.02.2004, was issued by the erstwhile APGENCO, which is binding on the 2nd Respondent corporation by virtue of Provisions under A.P Reorganisation Act, consequently direct the Respondents to fill up the posts notified under the impugned notification, without reference to zonalisation/applying local reservation, by further directing the Respondents to fill up the posts meant for disabled categories with Orthopedically Handicapped Category only (Locomotor Disability only).
