Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondent No_ 2 and 3 in not issuing the pattadhar pass books to the petitioners for the land in Sy.No.77lAA an extent of Ac.5.2800 Guntas, situated at Malkapur Village, Thurkapalli Mandal, Yadadri-Bhavanagiri District, even after making online application dated 10.1O.2023 vide Application No.2300153904, is illegal, arbitrary and violative of The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadhar Passbooks Act, 2O2O and also against the constitution of lndia.

Heard learned counsel for the^{petitioner and learned Assistant} Government Pleader for Revenue,^{and perused the material available} on record.

lt is submitted that the^{petitioner's grandfather Mr. Guguloth} Jagram, s/o. Bodia, was^{issued 38-E certificate under the provisionsof} the Andhra Pradesh^{(TelanganaArea) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands} Act, 1950 vide File No.M/4248l1975 dated^{14.02.1975 in respect of the} subject land admeasuring^{Acs.5-2800 Gts in SurveyNo.77lAA situated} at Malkapur Village, Thurkapalli^{Mandal, Yadadri-BhuvanagiriDistrict.} He did not alienate the^land to^{any third parties. He diedleaving} behind the father of the^{petitioner as his sole legal heir. After demise of} the father of the^petitioner, the^{subject land devolved on the petitioner} by intestate succession. Under the Land Records^Updation Programme, the^petitioner submitted online^{applicationNo.23001 53904} dated 10.10.2023 for issuance of^{pattadar passbook,but so far the} application is not being^processed, as such, the^petitioneris constrained to approach this Court.

ln view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider online application No.2300153904 dated 10.10.2023 submitted by the^petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook to him in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5-2800 Gts in Survey No.77lAA situated at Malkapur Village, Thurkapalli Mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested^persons and^pass orders, in accordance with law, within a^period of forty-five⁽⁴⁵⁾ days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs
