This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to

declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering their online applications bearing Nos.2300047255, 2300047256, 2300047253, 2300047254, 2300047252 dated, 23.1t.2023 and 2300047251 dated24.ll.2023 for mutating their names rn revenue records (Dharani portal) and for issuing e-pattadar passbooks in respect of their land admeasuring Ac.0-14 guntas and Ac.0-20 guntas, total admeasuring Ac.0-34 guntas in Survey Nos.563 and 571 respectively situated at Peddakanjarla Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Mr. Nambi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioners; and leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, and^perused the^{material on} record.

Leamed counsel for the^petitioners has submitted^that petitioners have purchased^{the land admeasuring Ac.O-14guntas}

and Ac.0-20^{guntas, total admeasuringAcs.0-34 guntas in Survey} Nos.563 and^{571 respectively situated at PeddakanjarlaVillage,} Patancheru^{Mandal,Sanga ReddyDistrict,under registered sale} deed bearing^{document No.5842 of 2005 dated 28.04.2005 and} they had been^{in physicalpossessionofthesubject land.However,} petitioners did not take necessary steps^for mutating their names in the revenue records^and did^{not obtain any pattadarpassbooks} That on being advised,^petitioners have submitted^online applications bearing^{Nos.230004725 5, 23 00047 256,23 00047 253,} 2300047254,^2300047252 dated^23.11.2023 and^2300047251 dated 24.11.2023 for^{mutating their names in revenuerecords} (Dharani portal) and for issuing e-pattadar^passbooks in respect of the subject land.^{However, there is delay on the part} of^respondent authorities in^{processingthe applications} of^{the petitioners,as} such, they are constrained^{to approachthis Court.}

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue has submitted that appropriate^{action will} be^taken on the Dharani applications of the petitioners, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without^going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider petitioners' Dharani applications bearing Nos.2300047255, 2300047256, 2300041253, 2300047254, 2300047252 dated 23.11.2023 and 2300047251 dated 24.11.2023 for mutating their names in revenue records^{(Dharaniportal)} and ln for issuing e-pattadar passbooks respect of their land admeasuring Ac.0-14 guntas and Ac.0-20^{guntas, total} admeasuring Ac.0-34 guntas in Survey Nos.563 and 571 respectively situated at Peddakanjarla Village, Patancheru^Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, by issuing^{notice to all concemed/interested} persons, and pass orders in accordance with law, within a^period of
