It is claimed that^{the petitioneris the owner and possessorof the} subject land and he^{was issucd pattadar pass book No.T27090010310,} with Khata No.408, in^{respect of the same.Since then, the petitioner had} been in possession^{and enjoyrrrentof the subject land without any} intemrption from any corner.^{'[hat in orderto protectthe subject land} from land grabbers and^{neighbouring land owners, the petitionerintended} to get the subject land surveved^{and demarcatedand submitted F-line} application No.DER02ll008i-.i011,^{dated 08.07.2022'lor conducting} survey and demarcation^{by lixing boundarystonesin the subject land but} so far the same^{is not bcirrg considered.
