Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court 'may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, to declare the questioning the highhanded action of the respondents herein, particularly 6th respondent to Bth respondents and their authorities, calling the petitioner to the 6th respondent police station, at the instance and influence of thegth unofficial respondent and official respondents are interfering with the civil disputes, despite 6th respondent to Bth respondents herein not having any authority or power, to call the petitioner to the police station, without pending any crime and moreover 6th respondent to Bth respondents threatening, insisting and directing the petitioner, to setfle the civit disputes with thegth unofficial respondent, in respect of money transactions including 138 NIA Act, and the said disputes is pending between petitioner and 9th unofficial respondent and same has been illegal, arbitrary, unjust, and it's nothing but misuse of their official powers and also pecuniary advantage by abusing their positions as public servants and it's violation of Article 14, 19, 21 , & 300-4 of constitution of lndia, and consequently direct the respondents herein, particularly 6th respondent to Bth respondents herein, not to call the petitioner to the 6th respondent police station and not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between petitioner & gth unofficial respondent.
