It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possess6r of the agriculture land admeasuring Acs.3.22 guntas in Sy.No.583/3/2 situated at Podur Village, Gadwal Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, having acquired the same through registered sale deed bearing document No. 172O of 2OO7 and he also inherited the land admeasuring Acs.3.26 guntas in Sy.No.582/K of the same village from his father. It is further stated that the respondent authorities have mutated the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and also issued pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, l97l (for short "the ROR Act, 1971") and the Rules made thereunder uide passbook No.114569, Patta No.3840 and also issded e-pattadar passbook under the provisions of the Telangana fughts in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the ROR Act,2O2O"l uide passbook No.TO2O3O 144027 lKhata No.6O465).
