This writ petition is fired aggrieved by inaction of the respondent authorities in not considering Dharani Application yrde Transaction 1D.No.29T337600035123 dated 26.01 .2023 submitted by the petitioners for mutation of their names and also their family members names in the revenue records and arso for issuance of e-pattadar passbook-cum-title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.3_1 1 Gts in Survey No.209/E, Acs.1-27 Gts in Survey No.213 and Acs.4_17 Gts in Survey No.214lE of Bowrampet Viilage, Gandimaisamma_ Dundigal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as being arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Heard learned counser for the petitioners and rearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

lt is submitted that originally, one Mr. police Venkat Reddy, the father of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 and grandfather of petitioner No.3, was the pattadar of the subject lands. His name was recorded in the revenue records and he was also issued pattadar passbook and tifle deed. After the death of Mr. Police Venkat Reddy, the petitioners and their family members, being the legal heirs, succeeded to the subject

{ands by virtue of intestate succession. The^{petitioners and their family} members, by enclosing the^joint agreement specifying^{theirindividual} shares, submitted Dharani Application vide^Transaction 1D.No.29T337600035123 daled 26.O1 .2023 through^{Dharani Portal for} mutation of their names in the revenue records and also^{for issuanceof} e-pattadar passbook-cum{itle deed in respect of^{the subject lands.} There is delay on the^part of the respondent^{authoritiesin processing} the said application, as such, the^{petitionersare constrainedto} approach this Court.
