Miryalaguda Mandal, Nalgonda District. Petitioner has purchased the land from her vendors for a valuable sale consideration. Initially, vendors of the petitioner did not execute registered sale deed in favour of petitioner, as such, petitioner has fileil a suit for specific performance on the file of the leamed Senior CivilJudge, Miryalaguda vide O.S. No.48 of 2013. Despite the learned Court granting decree in lavour of the petitioner, her vendors did not execute the registered sale deed, as such,petitioner filedE.P No.18l of 2013, and the leamed Court hasexecuted sale deed in favour of petitioner. The revenue authoritieshave mutatedher name in the revenue records and she was issued oldpattadar passbook No. 1180489 with Patta No.2174. However, after introduction of Dharani portal, petitioner was not issued e-pattadar passbook in respect ofthe subject [and.
