Petition under Article 226 of lhe constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an order (or) direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents to consider the application cltd.1 8-06-2008 filed by Petitioners for regularization of the premises bearing House No.30-272111, Plot No. 109, admeasuring 600 Sq yards in Sy No. 39't/A situated at Shivanagar Colony, Khanajiguda, Alwal Municipality, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 166 Revenue (Assignment Dept), dt. 16-02-2008 as illegal, arhitrary, discriminatory, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents to consider the application/case of the petitioners for regularization of Petitioners House No. 3o-272t11, plot No. 10g, admeasuring 600 Sq yards in Sy No. 391/A situated at Shivanagarcolony, Khanajiguda, Alwal Municipality, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District by extending the benefit of G.o. Ms. No 166 Revenue, dt. 16.02.200s (or) under any other orders of the Government and a deed of conveyance be directed to be made in favor of Petitioners/Appricants in respect of the said property in the interest of justice.
