This writ petition is hled under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No. 1 and perused the material on record.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.l submits that the after frling of the writ petition, the Andhra Pradesh Bhoodhan Yagna Board was bifurcated, subsequently, the Telangana Bhoodhan Yagna Board is constituted tn the year,2Ol7. In view of the same, the representation filed by the petitioner filed before the then Andhra Pradesh Bhoodhan

Yagna Board will not be considered and requested to dismiss the writ petition.

In view of the submissions made by the both sides and on perusing the entire material on record, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to rrle a fresh representation to the Telangana Bhoodhan yagna Board. After receiving the representation liled by the petitioner, the respondentauthorities are dirccted to consider and pass orders on the representation within eight (og) weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
