This writ petition is filed to^{declare the action of} respondent No.4 in not taking^{further action in pursuance of} the letter dated 12.09.2024 in^{Lr.No.3l/Dl2024dated} 12.09.2024 and the action of^{respondent Nos'6 and 7 in not} considering the representation^{dated09.O9 .2024 for} cancellation of open auction^{conductedfor Khazipur Village fish} tanks and to form a new^{fishermencooperative society as illegal} and arbitrary and consequently^{direct respondentNo'4 to} enable respondent No.7 to^{form a new Fishermen Cooperative} Society at Khazipur^{Village of AkbapurpetBhoompallyMandal,} Siddipet District.

Fisheries wherein it is stated that after examinatic n of the report submitted by District Fisheries Oflicer, Siddipet uide letter dated 12.09.2024, the District Fisheries C)fficer of Fisheries Cooperative Society, Siddipet is permitterl to deregister the Primary Fishermen Cooperative Society, lrkbarpet, Bhoompally Mandal, Siddipet District under Section 9-B(i) of Telangana State Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 by duly following the procedure. It is also stated that action tak{}n report shall be submitted within a period of 21 days from the receipt of the said memo.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the Office of the Director of Fisheries had already communicated the Memo to District Fisheries Officer, Siddipet, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said Merr.o dated 30.ro.2024.

Learned Government^pleader for Animal Husbandry has also not dispute the same and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.
