Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Dir,ection, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of the 3rd respondent in taking steps to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue the new Pattadar pass book and title deed to her in respect of the la nd in Sy.Nos. 96/MM, 44216 and 44519 admeasuring Ac. 0.05 gts., Ac. 0.04 gts., and ac. 0.02^gts., total admeasuring ac. 0.11 gts., situated at Uddamarry village, Mudchinthalapally Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, inspite of submitting the written /representation dr. 22-5-2024, as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue new pattadar pass book and title deed on the name of the petltioner in respect of the above mentioned lands.

The case of the petitioner is that her grandmother is the absolute owner and possessor of Jand admeasuring Ac.0O5 gts., in Sy.No.96lMM, Ac.O-04 gts., in Sy.No.442l6 arrd Ac.0-02 gts., in Sy.No.445l9 situated at Uddamarry Village, Mudchinthalapally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. It is further case of the petitioner that her grandmother's name is recorded in revenue records as pattada-r arrd pattadar passbooks were issued in her favour under the provisions of

the Telangana Rights in Land and. Pattadar Passbcok Act, 197 I ar,d entries were a-lso made in dharani porti under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Acr, 2O2O. It is the further case of the petitioner that after death of her grandmother, petitioner acqrLired the subject property and is in possession and enjoyment of the same and^',vhen she approached respondent No.3 for mutating his name, respondent No.3 insisted her t,t obtain successl0n certificate/legal heir certilicate from competent civil Court ald therefore, she ivas constrained to file a suit uide O.S.No.596 of 2023 on the frle of II Additiona. Junior Civil Judge-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Masistrate, Medchal Malkajgiri District and the said Court has granted a decree declaring that the petitioner as the legal heir of Smt.Pashupathi Padma @ Padmavathi Marumamu.la. The grievance of the petitioner is that after obtaining decree in O.S.No.596 ctf 2023, she made a written representation, dated 22.05.2024 seeking mutation of her name in revenue records and for issuance of new pattadar passbook and title
