Even today also, when the matter is taken up in the morning session, none appeared for the peti[ioner, thereafter the matter was passed over and taken up in the afternoon session, even then, there was no representation on behall of the petitioner either physically or 1n virtual mode. Hence, there is no other option to this Court except to dismiss the Writ Petition for nonprosecution.
