Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in suppo( of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the respondents 3 & 4 to immediately conduct the skill test to all the persons who have applied to the Petitioner Society and are eligible as per Bye-law 4 [a] of the model Bye-laws framed by the 2nd respondent without reference to their community/caste by suspending the operation of Clause 4 [B] of G.O.Ms.No.74, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries [F.ll] Department dt.2l-102O11 and the Letter No.8/C/15 dt. 22-05-2015 addressed by the 4th respondent to the Petitioner Society.
