No. .1041 to 1062 at lVlarremma Kunta, in the rimits of wanaparthy N/uniciparity and town by withdrawing the notice of revocation dated 23-07-2022 by duly taking into consideration of the order passed by the District collector, wanaparthy in file No. F/11712023, dated 06{7- 2023 upholding the nala conversion orders in respect of the land in Sy. No. 1041 to 1062, as illegal, unlawful, contrary to law and consequenlly direct the 2nd respondent municipality to consider the above representation of the petitioner and resto re the earlier granted construction permission by withdrawing the notice of revocation dated 23_07 _2022.
