Union of lndia reported in 1992 Supp. (3) SCC 217, and also in the case of R.K. Sabharwal Vs. State of Punjab reported in 1995(2) SCC 745 and also in the case of Rajesh Kumar Dania Vs. RaJasthan Public Service Commission and others reported in 2007(8) SCC 785, and Public Service Commission, Uttaranchal Vs. tvlamta Bisht and others reported in 2010 (12) SCC 204, further in violation of Rule ZZ (tl (g) & (h) and Rule 22-A (2) and (3) of Telangana State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, 1996, so also in violation of Ruleg of Telangana Public Employment (Organization of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 2018 and consequently set aside the notification No. 1912022 daled 01 .12.2022 issued by the 4ti' responclent and pass such other relief or reliefs.
