into force, the Government of Telangana issued G.O.Ms.No.gl, d,ated 24.07.2023 Revenue (Services_ll) Department, thereby deciding to convert the services of vilrage revenue assistants into suitable government departments. Learned counser further submits that based on the said G.O.Ms.No.gl, dated 24.07.2023, respondent Nos.3 and 4 have taken the petitioner into the post of Oflice Subordinate in panchayat Raj Department. Thereafter, respondent No.4 uide Order No-A/ 1220/2023, dated ro.o8.2023 has relieved the petitioner from the post of village Revenue Assistant and directed the petiLioner to report before the District Collector, JogulambaGadwal District, i.e., respondent No.3 herein. As such, the petitioner reported before respondent No.3 and underwent training, whereas, till date, the respondents have not issued appointment order to the petitioner as regards the post of Oflice Subordinate in panchayat Raj Department. Therefore, the learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent No.3 to issue appointment order to the petitioner in pursuance to the relieving order dated 1O.O8.2O23 uide Ord,er No.A/ t22O/2023.
