Petition Under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndiapraying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus by ieclaring the action of the Respondent No.3 and 4, in nonconsidering the application of the Petitioner dated 30/08/2021 and non-initiating to appoint the Petitioner under the compassionategrounds on the death of her husband by name late Telukuntla Srinivas who died in road accident is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 15,21 and 3004 of constitution of lndia and also violation ofprinciples of Natural Justice, consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4, to consider the application of
the Petitioner and to provide the employment to her on the compassionate ground on the death of her husband and to provide the death benefits of her husband.
