This Criminal Petition is frled urider Section 482 of the Code ol Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos. I to 4 in FIR, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime^No.712 of 2023 on the file of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406,418,42O,463,468,471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code arrd Section 156(3) of Criminal Procedure Code.

Heard Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, learned counsel^for the petitioners arrd Sri S. Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 - State.

Without going into the merits of the case, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioners is less than seven (07) years, this Court deems it appropriate [o direct the petitioners to appear before^the Investigating Officer on or before 21.O2.2024 between^O2:00p.m. and 04:00 p.m. and in turn, the Investigating Ofhcer^{is clirectcd} to follou, the proceclure laid^down under Section^{41 A Cr.P.C.}
