This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the petitioner/A. 1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.332 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 306 r/w 34 of IPC, on the file of A.J.Mills, Warangal Police Station.

Heard Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is A.I in the said crime but the police are harassing A.2, who is his father, as he is residing at Toronto, Canada He further contends that there €Lre no allegations made in the complaint attracting the ingredients of Sections 306 and 107 IPC and without any proper evidence, the police have implicated the petitioner and his father in the said crime; that the petitioner and his father are innocents and that accused No.2 is residing in Warangal and accused No.l in Toronto of

Canada. Therefore, he prayed this Court to quash the proceedings vide crime No.332 of 2023 and to direct the Investigating Officer not to harass A.2, who is the fattrer of accused No. 1.

As it is stated by the learned counsel for the peLitioner that the petitioner is residing in Toronto, Canada, and the police are harassing A.2, who is his father and residing at Warangal, the Investigating Offrcer is at liberty to take steps to secure the presence of accused No.1. The Investigating Officer is directed not to harass accused No.2 in respect of the Crime.No.332 of 2023.
