This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of^the Code of Crimina-l Procedure, 1973^(for short 'Cr.P.C.J^{by the} petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, to^{quash the} proceedings against her in C.C.No. 9409 of 2022 on the^{lile of} the Court of the IX Additional Metropolitan^Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, registered for^{the offencepunishable} under Section 498-A of the Indian^{Penal Code, 1860 and} Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition^Act.

2 Heard learned counsel for the^petitioner as^{well as} learned Assistant Public Prosecutor^{for respondentNo.l} -^State.

After arguing for sometime touching merits of the^case, the learned counsel for the^{petitioner conhned} his^{argu.ment to} the extent of issuing a direction to the trial^{Court to conclude the} trial in the C.C. within a specified^period.

In vieu of the above artd as^the original C.C.^pertainsto the year 2022, wirhout^going into^{the merits of the case, the} trial Court is directed to conclude the trial and^dispose of the C.C.
