"Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner herein to fileproper application before the 3'd respondent within a period ot two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the 3'd respondent upon receipt of the said application from the petitioner, is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and provide the entire available service record of thepetitioner to thepetitioner within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. However, there shall be no order as to costs."

Depot, TSRTC and also the postal track consignment dated 19.07.2024 and a bare perusal of the said two documents indicates that a copy of the available service record of the petitioner had been sent to thepetitioner vide covering letter dated t5.07.2024 in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 08.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.13103 of 2023, since thepetitioner had not reported at DM's Office for collection of a copy of the service record and the same had been delivered on 23.07.2024 to thepetitioner herein.
Miscellaneouspetitions, if any,pending shall stand closed.
