Sri p.Sri Harsha Reddy, tearned standing counsel appearing on behatf of the respondent submits that the petitioner faited to challenge G.O.Rt.No.317, Energy (PR.I), dated 12.12.2OO5, and hence, the petitioner is not entitled for the relief as prayed for in the present Writ Petition in view of G.O,Rt.No.317, Energy (pR.I), dated 12.12.2OO5.

Learned counset appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty af this Court to challenge G.O.Rt.No.317, Energy (PR.I), dated 12.12.2OO5.
