"Taking into consideration the averments made in paragraph Nos.6, 10 and 71 of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.7 (referred to and extracted above) and also the fact that the 1't respondent had already initiated action for demolition of the entire structure due to grave violations as averred at paragraph No.70 of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.7, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.7 to follow due process of law and proceed further in the matter. However there shall be no order as to costs.

orders of this Court dated 31.08.2023 passed in W.p.No.1073 of 2019 and noticeyrde Lr.No.EBlHNO-3-9-83/w.mpally/1543 dated 29.08.2024 had also been issued to the flat owners directing them to vacate the subject flats so as to enable the respondent Cantonment Board to carry out the demolition of the unauthorized constructions.
