When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Forest submits that during the pendency of the writ petitions the respondents have taken a decision to restart the process of receiving applications for grant of ROFR Pattas as per the provisions of Central Act No.2 of 2007.

accordance with law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if
any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
