ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri K. Devanath representing on behalf of Sri A. Muneedar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the respondents have implemented the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.3086 of 2013 dated 28.02.2013 and modified order dated 18.04.2013.
In view of the above submissions, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any,
pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
