Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or orders more particularly one in the nature of the writ of mandamus, by declaring the action of the Respondent Authorities in not taking action against the 9th Respondent pertaining to contamination of ground water by storing the human medicine wastage in the tanks and the thereby the same is pertaining into the ground water and not disposing the human wastage medicine in proper manner, even after the complaints made by the Petitioner to the Respondent - Authorities as illegal, arbitrary, and violation of Rights guaranteed by the Constitution of lndia.
