and also the letter issued in C.No.9S/SHO- Kll2019 dated 24-03-2019 issued by the Respondent No.4, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of Section 22-A of Registration Act,'1908 and Consequently declare the Memo No. G2t54O2t2O16 datd 09-02-2019 issued by Respondent No.3 and letter issued in C.No.95/SHO-K112019 dated 24-03-2019 issued by Respondent No.4, is illegal, arbitrary withoutjurisdiction and same are liable to be set aside. lA NO: 1 OF 2023
