M program from PG College of Law, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad as arbitrary, illegal, unlawful, unfair and unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice besides being violative of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of lndia.

Sri Deepak Bhattacharjee, learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent_University brings to the notice of the Court that the cause of action in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication any more.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The interim order dated 31,12.2014 granted by this Court in Writ Petition No.41123 of 2O14 shat! stand vacated. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
