This writ petition has been hled seeking todeclare G.O.Rt.No. 1439, Law(LA&J-Home-Courts.A)Departmentdated IO.12.2OI4 issued by respondent No.1 in relievingthe petitioner from the post of Incharge of Additional PublicProsecutor, Additional District and Sessions Judge Court,Wanaparthyand placing respondent No.3 as Incharge to the saidpost, as illegal and arbitrary.
A perusal of the record discloses that there is no interim order granted in favour of the petitioner and as suchthe cause in the writ petition no longer survives foradjudication. Further, a letter daLed O2.O2.20 15 has been addressed tothe Registrar (Judicial) by the learned counsel for thepetitioner with a request to post the writ petition for withdraw'al.
