Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the Petitioner's Case for appointment under Land Looser Quota under S.C. Category, on par with the other candidates, who were called for verification of their certificates vide fvlemo. [/s.No. 98, dt. 15.04.1986, against 50% of the Notified Vacancies as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 ot the Constitution of lndia and contrary to G.O.A/s. This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment under Land Looser Quota under S.C. Category on par with the other cardidates, who were called for verification of their certificates vide Memo dated 22.10.2014 issued by the third respondent, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 15.04.1986, against 50% of the notified vacancies.

On 28. ll.2Ol4 this Court granted interim order, which reads as under:

"....In the meantime, respondents 1 to 3 will get guided by the directions issued by this Court in WP.No.75l5 of 2011, dated 29 .O3.20 1 1 , dealing with the right of the land loosers to secure employment while considering the case of the writ petitioner by examining his certihcates." /
