This writ petition is filed by the^{petitioner to declare the action of} respondent Nos.2 to 6 in not^{consideringF-lineApplication} No.DER022300967449 dated^{11.07.2023submittedby her for} conducting survey, sub-division^{and fixing the boundaries in respectof} her agricultural land admeasuring^{Ac.0-26Guntas inSurvey} No.56/6EE/1/2 situated at Nagireddyguda^{Village,MoinabadMandal,} Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary^{and unconstitutional.}

The petitioner claims to be the absolute owner^{and possessorof} the aforesaid subject^{property, which is her ancestral property.Her} name is mutated in all the revenue^{records. She was alsoissued} pattadar passbook No.T05180220126. As she intended to^{get her} land surveyed and demarcated by^{fixing boundaries, she submitted F-} line application No.DER0223O0967449 dated^{11.07.2023through} rnee-seva, but till date the same^{has not been acted upon by the} respondent authorities, hence, the^petitioner is^{constrainedto} approach this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the^petitioner and learned^Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and^perused the^{material available} on record.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on F-line application of the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 to 6 to consider the F-line Application No.DER02230O967449 dated 1 1.01 .2023 submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey, sub-division and fixing the boundaries in respect of her agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0-26 Guntas in Survey No.56/6EE/1/2 situated at Nagireddyguda Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
