This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not considering Dharani Application No.2300104662 dated 01.O7.2023 submitted by him for rectifying the entries in his new^{pattadar passbook} in respect of the total land admeasuring Acs.19-2550 Guntas in various survey numbers i.e., Sy.Nos.36/u/2, 1ol2l2la, 512, 3511, 3510, 92lul5, 361E, 37lal3, 361E, 33lEl3, 7laal2la, 33lEl4, 35/Am/1, 37laal1lE, 78lEl2, 36lul1, 2912, 36lUl7 and 77laal3la situated at Adavimallela Village, Penuballi Mandal, Khammam District.

lt is claimed that the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the aforesaid property. He .was issued^pattadar passbook and 1-B form showing all the extents. He applied for new pattadar passbook for entire extent of Acs.19-2550 Guntas, but he was issued new pattadar passbook only for Acs.17-0250 Guntas. For rectifying the said mistake, the^petitioner submitted Dharani Application No. 2300104662 dated 01.07.2023, but so far the respondents have not acted upon the said Application, as such, the^petitioner approached this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

Learned Assistant Government^pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on Dharani application No. 2300'104662 dated 01 .07.2023 of the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider Dharani Application No.2300104662 dated 01 .O1 .2023 submitted by the petitioner for rectifying the entries in his new pattadar passbook in respect of the total extent of Acs.19-2550 Guntas in various survey numbers i.e., Sy.Nos.36/u/2, 10l2l2la, St2, 31lt, 35tO, 92lut|, 36tE, 3ilat3, 36tE, 33lEl3, 7laal2la, 33lEl4, 35/Am/1, 37taat1tE, t8tEl2, 36tut1, 29t2, 36lUl7 and 77laal3la situated at Adavimallela Village, penuballi Mandal, Khammam District, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
