This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not consirlering the Dharani^Application yrde Reference No.GLM2300037150 dated 17.05.2023 (Transaction |D.No.11T139100000351) submitted by^him for rectifying^{the missing} entries in his digital^passbook No.T21050160322.

lt is claimed that the^petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Ac.0-21 Guntas in Survey No.811/63, Ac.O-21 Guntas in Survey No.811/64 and^{Ac.O-22 Guntas} in Survey No.B11162 situated at Siddhapur Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Hanumakonda District, having inherited the same^{from his} father Late Mr. Bokka Kankaiah. lt is stated that the revenue authorities had issued digital^passbook No.T21050 160322 in^favour of the petitioner. The name of the^petitioner is shown in Dharani^Portalin respect of the aforesaid three extents, however, in his digital passbook, only one extent is shown out of the three extents. The petitioner submitted Dharani Application vde reference No.GLM23000371 50 dated 17.05.2023 for rectifying the missing entries in his digital^passbook. As there is delay on the^part of the

respondent authorities in considering the said application, the petitioner approached this Court.

Heard learned counser for the petitioner and rearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

4- Learned Assistant Government preader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on Dharani apprication of the petitioner.^{:' :}

Recording the aforesaid submission of the rearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the Dharani Application vide reterence No.GLM23ooo37'r50 dated 1r.os.2023 (Transaction lD.No.1 1T139100000351 ) submitted by the petitioner for rectifying the missing entries i.e., land to an extent of Acs.0-21 Guntas in Survey No.811/64 and Ac.O-22 Guntas in Survey No.g1 1/62 situated at Siddhapur Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Hanumakonda District, in his digital passbook No.T21050160322, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
