This writ petition is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the action of the respondents, particularly respondent No.3, in not issuing pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour in respect of agricultural land to an extent of Acs.9-37 Guntas in Survey No.84 situated at Singampally Revenue Village, Amangal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by considering their Dharani Application No.2300159162 dated 31 .10.2023, and the judgement dated 0B 09.2023 in O.S.No.192 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amangal.

The petitioners claim that the aforesaid subject property is their ancestral property. Their father's name is reflected in the revenue records and also in the pahanies. After the death of their father, they became the absolute owners and possessors of the subject^property. It is stated that on being advised by respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Amangal Mandal, to obtain succession certificate from the lower Court, the petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.192 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Amangal, to declare them as Class-l legal heirs of their father La{e Mr. Gadsu Peddaiah. By^judgment dated 08.09.2023, the suit was decreed in favour of lhe^petitioners.

Thereafter, the^petitioners filed^{Dharani ApplicationNo.2300159162} dated 31.10.2023 for issuing^{pattadar passbook and title deedsin their} favour by taking into consideration^{the judgment dated 08.09.2023in} O.S.No.192 of 2023, but so^{far the respondentshave not considered} their application, as such, the^{petitioners have approached this Court.}

Heard learned counsel for the^{petitioners and learned Assistant} Government Pleader for Revenue,^{and perused the material available} on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader^{for Revenue submitted} that appropriate action will be^taken on^{Dharani applicationof the} petitioners.
