In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has sought for consideration of her application No.l506 on par with other nursing schools at Miryalaguda and Nalgonda, to start a School of Nursing based on the report of the inspection team and to pass such other order or orders.
It is noticed that the application is of the year 2Oll and therefore, the Writ Petition appears to become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
