Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue.a Writ or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of lt/andamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd Respondent in not entering names of the Petitioners in the Register by deleting the entries in the Register in respect of residential house plot in Survey No. in Plot No. 96 & 97 (part) in Sy. No. 20412, admeasuring 300 Sq. yrds, Madeenaguda, Serilingampally, R.R. Dist, stands on the names of V. Sravanthi and V.S.S.M Geetha, through. Sale Deeds, vide Doc. No. 489 of 2006 and 490 of 2006, dt. 29-'12-2006, even after furnishing copy of compromise decree passed in A.S. No. 638 of 2013, on the file of this Hon'ble'Court, vide order dated. 29-102014 as illegal, arbitrary, besides the dereliction of duties imposed on the 2nd Respondent and consequently to direct the 2nd Respondent to enter our names by deleting the entries in the Register in respect of residential house plot in Survey No. in Plot No. 96 & 97 (part) in Sy. No. 20412, admeasuring 300 Sq. yrds, Madeenaguda, Serilingampally, R.R. Dist, stands on the names of V. Sravanthi and V.S.S.M Geetha, through Sale Deeds, vide Doc. No. 489 of 2006 and 490 of 2006, dt. 29-12-2006, in the interest ofjustice and equity. Lest, the Petitioners would be put irreparable loss and injury.
