Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction pa(icularly in the nature of the writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No 3 is not entertaining rectification of the Petitioner's Sale Deed Transactions, on the basis of typo graphical error in the link document i.e sale deed No. 606512017, registered at SRO Golconda at four places the Door No-of the property is wrongly mentioned as 9-4-84lM/304 due to typographical error instead of correct Door no. 9-4871M1304 the errorneous Door no reflected in Page 2,3,4,and 7 (Regn plan of the flat no 304) Now the person in whose favor the sale deed No. 6065/2017 , was done is Mr. Syed Mohammed Nadeem he is the defaulter in the present case as he could not repay the loan that he had taken from HDFC Ltd. Hyderabad and hence his property was put up for auction now being a load defaulter he is not accessible to anyone either physically or over phone and has now gone absconding . Hence the petitioner requested to carry out the rectification of Door No at four places mentioned above in the linked document i.e Sale deed No.6065/2017 by rectification deed Petitioner enclosing all the relevant documents for reference notwithstanding the representation given for rectification by petitioner dated 1810412022 lo the Respondent No 3
