Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any order or direction writ or writs more particularly on in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the allotment vide Proc. No. ES/ES/RA/RANG/LAPA/0207, Date 21-12-2021 , according to G.O.Ms. No. 317 of GA (SPF) Dept. Dated 06.12 2021 , without considering the representation dated 20.12.202'1 even after the applicatron made by the^petitioner on 20-12-2021 to by not implement Schedule Cast seniority, to allocate Medchal Malakjgiri area is illegal, arbitrary and also violation of the^principles of natural justice in the interest of justice and equity.

This Writ Petition is hled seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the allotment vide Proc.No.ES/ES/RA/RANG/ LAPI/O2O7 dated 21.I2.2021, according to G.O.Ms.No.317 of GA(SPF) Department dated 06. 12.2021 w'ithout considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2O2 i and not implementing Schedule Caste seniorit5r to allocate the petitioner to Medchal Malkajgiri area as illegal, arbitrarv and also in violation of principles of natural justice and to pass such other order or orders.

When the rnatter is taken.up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the latest representation dated 11.10.2023 which has been sent to the respondent No.1 through Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due, but no reply was given by the re spondents.
