section 154 (3) of Cr.P.C and non-considering the credible information of the petitioner and non-initiating to take action against the 7th respondent, who cheated the petitioner, received the amount of Rs.30,00,000/- from the petitioner, from made a false promises to provide project work in the vocational department, threatened the petitioner, abused and blackmailing the petitioner and trying to kill the petitioner and created a panic situation, is highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Article'14 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.4 and 5 to follow the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, more particularly under section 154 (3) of Cr.P.C and to consider the credible information of the petitioner; and to take action against the 7th respondent, who cheated the petitioner, received the amount of Rs.30,00,0001 from the petitioner, from made a false promises to provide project work in the vocational department, not to threaten the petitioner, not abused and blackmailing the petitioner and trying to kill the petitioner and created a panic situation.
