Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the Respondent No. 6 to 8 in non-considering the several complaints of the Petitioner and non-initiating to control the illegal activities of the Respondent No. 12 lo 17, who are trespassing into the land of the Petitioner to an extent of Ac. 12-2O gts in Sy. No.191lA1l111, 1911A211 and 1931A212 and 194lAAl1, 25lEEl2. 26/1 which is situated at Dacharam Village, Nereducherla Mandal, Suryapet District and creating panic situations to the Petitioner and trying to kill her with provocation of the Respondent No. 9 to 11 and trying to occupy the land of the Petitioner during the pendency of lnjunction orders in l.A. No. 123512022 in O S. No. 48312022 on the file of Junior Civil Judge Court at Huzurngar is illegal and arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 15,21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.5 to conduct the detail enquiry and take the necessary actions, against the illegal activities of Respondent No. 9 to 17 and protect the Petitioner and her properties from the endanger illegal activities of the Respondent No. 9 to'l 7 .
