This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare action of respondent authorities in not considering the F-Line application for appeal on dernarcation bearing No.AOD022100036947 dated 09.08.202 I submitted by the petitioner for conducting Survey, demarcation and fixing of boundaries of his tand in Sun,ev No.27l I situated at Kokad Village, Yalal Mandal, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel lor the pctitioner, lcamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing tbr respondents, and perused the material on record.

Petitioner claims to be owncr and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.4-23 guntas in Survey No.27l I and Ac.^{I -} I I guntas in Survey No.35/a, total adtneasuring Acs.5-34 guntas, situated at Kokat Village, Yalal Mandal, by^virtue ol^registered sale deed bearing document No.800 of 2006 dated^17.03.2006 Petitioner was also issued e-pattadal^{passbook No.T07l80030642}

with Khata No. 1081. In order^{to fix boundariesto the subject[and,} petitioner has approached respondent^{No.4,however,respondent} No.4 issued memo in File^{No.MS/20 ll202l dated 07.07.2021 that} survey could not conducted^as tippons^{(record) is not available.}

That on being advised, the^{petitioner has submitted F-Llne} application for appeal on^{demarcation AOD022100036947dated} 09.08.2021. After repeated^{representations,respondent No'3 -} Revenue Divisional Officer, initiated^{proceedingsinFile} No.El6l4l202l directing Deputy^Inspector of^{Survey, Tandur} Division to conduct survey and^{demarcationof petitioner's land in} Survey No.27l1 . Pursuant to the same,^{Deputy lnspectorof Survey} has issued notice on 30.12.2021 to^{petitioner and adjoining land} owners fixing the date of Survey on 03.01.2022.^{Despitethe same,} no survey was conducted titl date, AS such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for^Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted^{that appropriateaction} will be taken on the F-Line application for appeal on demarcation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission ol the lcarned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the F-Line application for appeal on demarcation bearing No.AOD022100036947 dated 09.08.2021 submitted by the petitioner for conducting Survey, demarcation and fixing of boundaries of his land admeasuring Survey No.27ll situated at Kokad Village, Yalal Mandal, Vikarabad District, by issuing notice to all concemed./interested persons, and pass orders, tn accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date ofreceipt ofa copy of this order.
