Heard learned cpunsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner^prefened appeal dated 08.09.2023 under Section 90 (1) of the Telangana Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 (for short^'Tenancy Act, 1950') before respondent No.2-District Collector, Mahabubnagar challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar, Balanagar Mandal, in^proceedings No.B/377l2022, dated 10.07.2023, whereunder the request of the^petitioner for restoration of possession of the land admeasuring Ac.0-34 Guntas in Survey No.103 of Balanagar Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, under Section 32 (11 of the Tenancy Act, 1950, was rejected. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he preferred appeal on 08.09.2023, the same has not been considered till date and there is delay on the^part of respondent No.2 in considering the said appeal.

As innocuous relief is sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the District Collector/Joint Collector, Mahabubnagar, to conduct enquiry in the appeal dated 08.09.2023 preferred by the petitioner challenging the order dated 1O.O7.2023 in proceedings No.B/37712O22 on the file
