showing the entry of agricultural land to an extent of Acs.0-14 Guntas in Survey No.459/AA, but the same is missing in 1-B (ROR) record. lt is also stated that the entries as regards the land admeasuring Acs.1-0000 Guntas in Survey No.473lRU and Ac.1-0000 Guntas in Survey No.472lEl1 are missing in the pattadar passbook of the petitioner. lt is also the grievance of the petitioner that in 1-B (ROR) record, the extent of land in Survey No.432lUUl1l1l1l1 is wrongly shown as^'Ac.0-0300 Guntas' instead of 'Ac.0-0800 Guntas' even though his pattadar passbook reflects the correct extent as Ac.0-0800 Guntas. ln order to get rectified the said mistakes, the petitioner submitted Dharani Application No.2300129109 dated 14.08.2023 tor adding the missing survey numbers and extents of lands in his pattadar passbook and 1-B (ROR) record and also for conecting the wrongly shown extent of land in 1-B (ROR) record, but so far the respondent authorities have not considered his application, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on Dharani application of the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ^petition is disposed^of directing respondent No.3 to consider Dharani application No. 2300129109, dated 14.08.2023, submitted by the^petitioner through Dharani Portal, for rectification of revenue records by adding the missing data in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0-14 Guntas in Survey No.459/AA situated at Lemoor Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Rangareddy District, in 1-B (ROR) record and by adding the missing entries in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.1-0000 Guntasⁱⁿ Survey No.473lRU and Ac.1-0000 Guntas in Survey No.472lE/1 in his pattadar passbook and also by correcting the extent of agricultural land in Survey No.432lUU/1/11111 as'Ac.0-0800 Guntas' instead of^'Ac.0- 0300 Guntas' in 1-B (ROR) record, by issuing notice to the concernedi interested^persons and^pass orders in accordance^{with law} within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
